This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) applies to FSM SVC users, and Fresh Start Mediation Service (“Company”) directly and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to the Company include PAYLUME.COM. The Company’s application is considered a mediation-based application. By using the Company website and/or application, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.
I. COLLECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL/SENSITIVE INFORMATION
a. We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you willingly elect to use certain products or services. These may include but are not limited to: (a) registering/ creating for a(n) user/account; (b) entering an agreement to retain/obtain FSM SVC services and products; (c) requested supporting documentation for certain hardship/medical (HIPPA)/financial claims made on information voluntarily given (d) sending email messages or any form of communications (e) any/all requested materials, contact information, offers, responses, etc., that may impede on your specific FSM SVC service or product; (f) submitting any/ all payment information including by not limited to credit card, e-checks, or other methods of payment information when ordering and purchasing FSM SVC products and services. To wit, we will use your information for, but not limited to, communicating with you in relation to services and/or products you have retained from us in order to provide the proper level of service needed for this FSM SVC service/ product. We also may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future.

The Company may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about offerings/promotions/discounts that may be of an interest to you; especially when having a representative/ representing your best interest, on your behalf, if needed. In those cases, your unique personally identifiable information including but not limited to (email, full legal name, address, last 4 or full SSN, contact mobile number, etc.) are a transferable item is requested or authorized to the specific third party in which this information entails or is considered a requirement. i. vi. Engage in public or peer-reviewed scientific, historical, or statistical research in the public interest that adheres to all other applicable ethics and privacy laws, when our deletion of the information is likely to render impossible or seriously impair the achievement of such research, provided we have obtained your informed consent;
vii. Enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with your expectations based on your relationship with us;
viii. Comply with an existing legal obligation; or ix. Otherwise use your personal information, internally, in a lawful manner that is compatible with the context in which you provided the information.
