Kjeld is a strategy consultant heading the strategy advisory practice and has with over a decade of experience in the payments industry.
His work has spanned in-house positions, with roles at the European payment giant Worldline, as well as in consultancy firms, where he has focused on project management, product strategy, evaluating business implications of regulatory changes, and executive advisory, and provided support to players throughout the payments ecosystem. Over the last 15 years in the industry, Kjeld has worked with financial institutions, PSPs, payment and card networks, market infrastructures, and their
solution providers on their strategic challenges.
His intrinsic focus has helped senior executives spot new market opportunities, assess acquisitions, review operating models, organize regulatory change initiatives and shape value propositions as firms
and regulators alike adapt to new customer expectations like instant payments and shifting global standards on cross-border transactions.
